William Charters on Faculty for Personal Injury CLE

Goodman Allen Donnelly attorney William Charters will be on the faculty for a National Business Institute seminar in Norfolk on September 26, 2019: Pain and Suffering Damages in Personal Injury.

This seminar will focus on negotiating or litigating intangible damages, and will cover the following topics related to pain and suffering damages:

  • Insights on pain, suffering and causation
  • Quantifying pain and suffering damages
  • Handling lien claims
  • Negotiation and litigating pain and suffering damages from the perspective of both the defense and plaintiff
  • Legal ethics
