William Charters on faculty: Damages in Personal Injury CLE

Goodman Allen Donnelly attorney William Charters will be on the faculty of a National Business Institute CLE on August 17 in Norfolk. The seminar, Damages in Personal Injury, will focus on identifying types of damages in an injury suit, quantifying damages, and examining sources of recovery and liens. Negotiating and litigating damages, from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives, are included on the agenda.
