Thea Pitzen Publishes Two Articles in ABA’s Litigation News

Norfolk attorney Thea Pitzen recently published two articles in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s Litigation News publication. The first article, Trend in Medical Marijuana Suits Favors Employees, was published online March 15, 2018. A version of the article also appeared in the publication’s Spring 2018 print edition. The second article, Appellate Review Allowed Despite Failure to Preserve Issue Below, was published online May 30, 2018, and a version of the article is scheduled to appear in the Summer 2018 print edition.

Ms. Pitzen serves as a Contributing Editor for the ABA Section of Litigation’s Litigation News publication. In that position, her articles are published nationally, reaching the nearly 50,000 members of the ABA Section of Litigation who look to Litigation News as a guiding voice for successful litigators. In March, Ms. Pitzen attended the Editorial Board Meeting for ABA Section of Litigation publications in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was recognized by her peers for her outstanding contributions during her “rookie” year with the publication. She is scheduled to attend the Section of Litigation’s Fall Leadership meeting in Louisville, Kentucky later this year.
