Robyn Ayres devotes her practice to defending physicians, nurses, hospitals and other health care providers in malpractice litigation. Robyn represents nurses and physicians in licensing and discipline matters before professional boards. Her practice also includes advising health care providers on peer review and quality assurance issues, as well as policies and protocols for improved patient safety and risk management.
Robyn effectively and efficiently manages an extremely active trial docket. She has tried over 50 complex and high exposure medical malpractice cases to verdict in multiple jurisdictions throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
