Our IP team combines years of courtroom experience and subject matter expertise to help clients obtain and protect one of a business’ most important assets, intellectual property. We assist clients in searching, clearing, and applying for U.S. and foreign trademarks and patents. We also pursue and defend litigation for disputes involving patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret infringement.
We have litigated matters in both state and federal courts across Virginia, as well as numerous other states. We also handle TTAB and PTAB proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and represent clients with domain names and Internet disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy of ICANN.
