Cases handled by our firm include actions involving allegations of defective product design, defective product manufacture, and/or that the product is unsafe due to inadequate warnings. We have represented manufacturers in state and federal courts in Virginia, as well as in state and federal courts across the United States including the successful defense of matters involving federal preemption.
