Goodman Allen Donnelly is pleased to announce that Joseph Stiles has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Norfolk office. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, development and finance. Drawing upon his background as in-house counsel, he assists clients with a broad range of legal matters related to property management and compliance. Joe also counsels growing companies on such issues as business formation and structuring, restructuring current holdings, and asset legacy planning.
