Nancy L. Foti*

With over 20 years of experience, Nancy Foti has extensive knowledge of how to successfully represent disabled veterans and their families before the Department of Veterans Affairs and in the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Nancy served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Ronald Holdaway, U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Judge from 2000 to 2002, and was employed as a staff attorney with the National Veterans Legal Services Program. Nancy joined the firm’s Veterans Benefits Group in 2004. She has helped veterans and their dependents in hundreds of appeals before VA, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Nancy has experience with issues involving female veterans and is fluent in Spanish.
