Macayla Nicolaison, an attorney in the firm’s Norfolk office, will be a guest lecturer at Regent University‘s Capstone Entrepreneurship Course. The course is designed to be a culminating experience for Regent students to see how all of the business theory and processes they learned translate into starting and operating a small business. The course is intended to encourage students to start their own businesses by providing opportunites to speak with entrepreneurs about business plans, start ups, and development opportunities, and to provide specific feedback on students’ business plans.
After owning and managing multiple businesses, Macayla realized that her passion is to come alongside entrepreneurs and business owners and assist them with structuring their vision. Her lecture, “Addressing Legal Issues and Managing Risk”, is scheduled for March 28.
