Goodman Allen Donnelly honors the nation’s Veterans with a Free Veterans Benefits Legal Clinic to take place on Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11, 2020. The annual Clinic is a collaborative service of the Goodman Allen Donnelly Veterans Benefit Group, the University of Virginia School of Law, and the Maxine Platzer Lynn Women’s Center at the University of Virginia.
Participating Goodman Allen Donnelly attorneys are Dan Krasnegor, Nancy Foti, David Lowenstein, and Erin Ralston, all experienced members of the firm’s Veterans Benefit Group. The Group has assisted over 2,000 veterans and their families to navigate the benefits maze, assisting them with unemployability benefits, non-service-connected pensions, increased ratings, earlier effective dates, widow’s benefits, education and home loan benefits, and more.
“Our Veterans have given a great deal to ensure our safety and security,” says Ralston. “Regardless of how, when, or where they served, our Veterans and their families deserve the full range of benefits for which they are eligible.”
The Veterans Benefit Group attorneys serve clients at all stages of the claims process, from the Regional Office to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
There is no fee and no obligation. After November 11, please contact our office through this form, and we will be in touch to discuss how we may be of assistance.
