Goodman Allen & Filetti also assist clients with the purchase, sale, and/or transfer of copyrights, as well as in drafting and reviewing documents associated with such transactions, including licensing and assignment agreements. Goodman Allen & Filetti also provides copyright litigation services which serve to protect various clients' works of authorship and design.
