William F. Demarest, III

He earned his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2009, where he graduated with honors. Before attending law school, Mr. Demarest worked with the Twenty-First Century Group, Inc., a bi-partisan consulting group in Washington, D.C., as an Assistant for Congressional Affairs. Additionally, he developed tremendous legal skills while working as a Law Clerk during both his 2nd and 3rd year of law school as well as participating in the Summer Associate program at Goodman Allen & Filetti. Mr. Demarest is admitted to practice before the Commonwealth of Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He will focus his practice primarily on the defense of healthcare providers in medical malpractice claims, on product liability matters and commercial litigation.
