Ms. Stokes brought with her more than 26 years of extensive experience when she joined the law firm of Goodman Allen & Filetti, PLLC, as a Partner in May 2005. Ms. Stokes concentrates her practice in the area of business with a focus on the representation of physicians, physician groups, dentists and other health-care providers in all aspects of their professional evolution, including formation, operation and management issues, joint ventures, the purchase and sale of healthcare entities and regulatory compliance issues. Additionally, Ms. Stokes counsels other types of closely-held business owners in a variety of transactional matters, including shareholder and employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation, and provides estate planning services for those business owners.
