Mr. Allen is a founder and the Managing Member of Goodman Allen & Filetti, PLLC. His practice focuses on providing clients a wide range of intellectual property, commercial, product liability, professional liability, and complex litigation services. His extensive experience in intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution, trademark and copyright registration earned the firm recognition as a listed Go -To Law Firm ® of a top U.S. company in intellectual property for the last six years. Mr. Allen has served as an adjunct professor of law at T.C. Williams Law School (University of Richmond), Liberty University School of Law and The Judge Advocate General's School of the Army. He served as the Chair of the Virginia State Bar's Standing Committee on Professionalism and is a frequent lecturer on litigation techniques including the use of technology in litigation, as well as ethics and professional issues.
